In Manchester, New Hampshire, a 1,224-pound of triple vanilla cupcake with pink frosting made a new record for the world's largest cupcake. This cupcake was eight times larger than the previous record holder. It only took 12 hours to make with 800 eggs and 200 pounds each of sugar and flour. This huge baked goodness is clocked in to have an estimated 2 million calories!
