It must be nice to be able to afford to own a restaurant in New York City. It must be even nicer to be able to afford it when your restaurant is only open every other Tuesday. I introduce to you.. Tom: Tuesday Dinner. Tom Colicchio, the chef/owner of Craft, Craftbar & Craftsteak, opened Tom: Tuesday Dinner in October of 2008.
