I posted a picture of this "wafel" already, but it was SOOOOOOO good that it deserves another post on my blog about it. It's from Wafels & Dinges.. luckily for those of us in Jersey, they sell these babies at Rockn' Joe Coffeehouse in Westfield. They originally only sold these tasteful delights from a mobile truck in NY, but they branched out only to Rockn' Joe.
My wafel has belgian chocolate fudge, powdered sugar, and strawberries with whipped cream on the side. Let me tell you.. this thing is pure heaven.
