some EATING! =D
Dinner was at Bobby Flay's Bar Americain, a restaurant that was highly recommended to me..
and I am highly recommending it to you!
Raw Oysters (it was my first time trying these. we were given 2 sets of oysters from Washington, Massachusetts, and one other state that I cannot recall at the moment. I must say that the ones from Washington were the best!)
Porterhouse Lamb Chops with Mustard Barbecue Sauce, and Corn & Collard Greens Tart.
Sweet Potato Gratin.
Duck, Dirty Wild Rice, Pecans, Bourbon.
Chocolate Banana Hazelnut Crepes.
Let's eat there again! =D
