Tuesday:
House of Wong's Chicken Salad - my homemade improvision of romaine lettuce with grilled pieces of chicken, slices of strawberry, and Italian dressing. (I should have chosen a different dressing.)
Wednesday:
Xocolatz's Salmon Salad (pictured above
) - Fresh Salmon poached and gently tossed with Spring Mix Greens, Red Peppers, Red Onions and Orange Segments tossed in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette topped with toasted pine nuts. (No Red Onions - Thanks!)
